On February 23, 2008 I will be participating in the 3rd annual Randonnée des Neiges de Kelly Shires Contre le Cancer du Sein. An all-women snowmobile event raising funds for women with breast cancer.

For those of you who are not familiar with the organization, The Kelly Shires Foundation, is a registered charity that helps financially assist women and men with breast cancer. Helping with items or services that are not covered by our medical insurance or private medical plans. Some examples are helping purchase a wig, prosthetics, prescriptions, and transportation to treatment, etc.

I am asking you to sponsor me this year by giving a donation in support of my participation in the event. Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $20.00 or more. A donation in any amount would be greatly appreciated, cheques can be made payable to “Fondation Kelly Shires”. Each year the charity works very hard to help women with breast cancer and I hope I can count on you for a generous donation.
